Payment

Payment for all online orders are processed via by Pay-Pal. If you're wanting to do a Direct Deposit, please contact us for our BSB & Account number. Cash is an option over our trade counter in Recliffe WA.

Shipping

Postal charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order.

0 - 5kg incurs a $25 shipping fee
6-10kg incurs a $50 shipping fee
11-15kg incurs a $65 shipping fee
16kg or greater incurs an $80 shipping fee

Please bear in mind that our Postal/Courier charges include more than the price of a stamp and includes actual postage/shipping costs, packaging and handling. You're more than welcome to contact us on a discount on freight on multiple items.

Currently, our online store does not allow internation orders, however, we are more then happy to work with individual requests. Please contact us for more information.

Delivery

We endevour to dispatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri only) of your order being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive notification via email. Your goods will be shipped from WA Australia. Goods are normally sent by Post / TNT or Toll Ipec. You should expect your package within 2-10 business days depending on your location.

INJECTOR OLD-UNIT EXCHANGE/SURCHARGE POLICY (ONLY IF STATED ON THE PRODUCT DETAIL PAGE)

Old units can be packaged in the box that your new unit arrived in and you will only receive a full surcharge refund if we receive the old unit in serviceable condition.

All units must be returned to us within 30 days of invoice / receipt date.
All units returned must be like for like and in a serviceable condition (i.e unit must be complete with all parts attached and no physical damage to the injector).
The unit must be drained of fuel and placed in a plastic bag.

You are responsible for postage charges back to United Fuel. If you cannot return your old unit within this period, it may result in the unit being rejected or only part of the surcharge being refunded. All surcharge refunds will be put into the account they were purchased from.

Returns Policy

Please ensure you are ordering correctly. All returns must be completed WITHIN 7 DAYS OR PURCHASE, UNUSED AND IN A RESALABLE CONDITION. RETURN POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE. We do not send parts which are broken so please check goods for damage before signing delivery note. Damage in transit can then be claimed on our courier insurance. All our parts are ID stamped before we send them.If a part is found to be not working correctly (within 7 days of receipt* by the purchaser) the purchaser must return the part (at his or her expense) to us for validation. United Fuel will refund purchase price or replace the part (at United Fuel's discretion).*7 day period starts from the date of goods being signed for.
