As a valued customer of United Fuel Injection, we want to keep you updated on what we're doing in response to the unprecedented situation we find ourselves in, caused by the COVID 19 outbreak.
In accordance with guidance from government authorities, United Fuel Injection is still operating under our usual opening hours. Our management team is working around the clock as the situation evolves, as the well-being and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. We will update our policies as appropriate and keep you informed when anything changes.
Along with our routine cleaning procedures, we are implementing the following:
- All technicians are wearing surgical gloves when servicing vehicles
- After each vehicle has been serviced or worked on, the steering wheel, controls, door handles and other areas that have been touched during the service are wiped down with antibacterial wipers or sanitizer
- Our technicians are using a new pair of gloves for each vehicle to avoid any potential cross contamination
- All staff are using hand sanitizer to wash their hands frequently throughout the day
- Staff are maintaining a 1.5m distance apart from each other in the workplace
All of our staff will continue to practice strict handwashing and hygiene measures throughout their day to day operations, and all surfaces are being meticulously sanitised on a continual basis.
We understand that you may have concerns over entering some public spaces right now, if you hold these concerns and wish to continue supporting us, we have gift vouchers available that can be given to friends or family and redeemed for anyone who wants to delay their visit to a later date. These vouchers can be purchased from our reception desk.
